    Customer data is currently safe, we are investigating the hardware fault that is currently being reported.

[Toronto] Networking Maintenance (Resolved)

  • On April 24th, 2019 from 02:00MST to 06:00MST, VersoBit in cooperation with our service provider will be upgrading our networking equipment to improve performance at our Toronto location.

    We expect our services to remain online and unaffected during this time, however due to the sensitive nature of networking equipment we may expect Increased Latency and/or Packet Loss during this upgrade window.

    We endeavor to keep our expected impacts to a minimum. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us directly by opening a ticket on your account.
